How a trip works
Book at least 24 hours ahead for the best availability. Same-day rides depend on driver availability, so call and we will do our best.
Call us or send a ride request with pickup, destination, appointment time and mobility needs.
Dispatch confirms your trip and calls the day before with your pickup window.
Your driver comes to the door, helps you in, secures your chair and gets you there early.
We wait or come back when you call. You are walked back inside, not dropped at the curb.
Service area
We cover Cobb County every day and travel across the metro for appointments, hospitals and dialysis centers. Approximate drive times from our office are shown below.
Going somewhere not listed? Ask us. Longer trips can be arranged in advance.
Our standards
Our riders are often recovering, frail or on a tight treatment schedule. These are the commitments we make to every rider.
Every driver will pass a background check, driving record review and drug screening before driving for us.
Every driver will be trained in CPR and first aid, wheelchair securement, and passenger assistance.
Our vans will be clean and climate-controlled, with daily safety checks and well-maintained lifts and ramps.
Every vehicle we operate will carry commercial auto and liability coverage.
Confirmed pickup windows and a call if anything changes. Your appointment time comes first.
Patient information stays private, and every rider is treated with respect.
